The much-anticipated MoodleMoot Malaysia 2025, held on 2–3 October 2025 at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, concluded with incredible energy, ideas, and collaboration. Organized by ModernLMS, the event brought together educators, corporate trainers, technologists, and innovators to explore the future of digital learning.

Day 1: Workshop Day
The event kicked off with a vibrant Workshop Day, featuring hands-on sessions led by experts from Moodle HQ and the wider learning technology community.
Speakers including Matt Porritt, Sheryl Villaroman, Andrian Hartanto, and Sam Suresh guided participants through practical topics such as AI in Moodle, data-driven learning, and creative course design.

The Conference Day opened with inspiring keynote sessions and thought-provoking presentations exploring the evolving landscape of education and technology.

ModernLMS Awards 2025 – Celebrating Excellence
A key highlight of the event was the ModernLMS Awards 2025, where outstanding organizations and individuals were recognized for their creativity, innovation, and impact in digital learning.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of those who continue to push boundaries and set new standards in the Malaysian and regional eLearning community.

The two-day event concluded with a Sci-Fi themed After Party at Le Qielli Lounge & Bar, Hotel Maya KLCC. Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening filled with laughter, networking, and celebration the perfect way to wrap up an inspiring event.
